With a penchant for funky beats, Latin grooves and hard hitting swing, the three Vancouver based women of The Grand Trine are always right in the pocket. Their original compositions and clever arrangements of jazz and Latin standards captivate the listener immediately, allowing them to stretch out and explore each tune while still remaining deeply connected to their audience and each other. This crowd pleasing trio features Lady O on vocals and acoustic bass, Melissa Hammer on trumpet and flugelhorn and Jillian Lebeck on piano.
