Apply to Regent

Application Process
The following is an overview of our application process. See the Learn More section below for links to further information about Regent admissions.
Step 1: Select a Graduate Program
Visit the Graduate Programs page to explore Regent's six distinct programs and discover which one is right for you.
Step 2: Review the Admission Requirements
Visit the Admission Requirements page for details about your next steps.
Step 3: Start an Online Application
Apply Online
The application does not need to be completed in one sitting. Once you start an application, you will receive an email with a link to it so you can return to it later.
In addition to the application form, you will need to provide two references. We will contact your referees directly and ask them to fill out an online reference form, but you'll need to provide their contact information in the online application.
Step 4: Submit the Application and Fee
You will see the link to the payment page when you successfully submit your online application.
We will begin processing your application and contacting your referees upon receipt of your application and application fee.
Step 5: Submit Additional Application Documents
There are a number of additional documents you need to arrange to have sent directly to our offices. These include:
- Official transcripts: You will need to contact your university and request that they mail us a transcript directly, or submit one electronically through a secure web transcript program.
- TOEFL results (if applicable): You will need to arrange for your testing agency to send us your test scores directly.
Since it takes some time to gather these documents, you can start the process even before you submit the online application. Visit the Application Materials page for a complete list of required documents.
Step 6: Your Application is Reviewed
The Admissions Committee will review your application once we have received all your application documents.
Once you have been admitted to a program, we will provide an admissions package that will include the letter of acceptance and visa letters for international students.
We encourage international students to apply for a study permit as soon as you receive the admissions package. This process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Visit our Study Permits page to learn more.
Once You've Been Accepted
Go to our New Students page to explore your next steps.
