All deadlines listed here close at 4:30 pm (Pacific Time).

Fall Term 2025

Registration opens May 1.

July 25	Early Registration Deadline for Fall 2025 Students receiving Regent College financial aid must register before this deadline to receive their financial aid for the term. Students who need a specific priority enrollment course should register before this deadline. After this date, the course will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All students are encouraged to register before this deadline.
August 29	New International Student Orientation
September 1	Labour Day: College Closed
September 2–4	New Student Orientation (for all newly admitted students)
September 5	Fall Term Registration and Payment Deadline Last day to register and pay for Fall courses without incurring a $50 late fee
September 8	Fall classes begin
September 19	Course Change & 100% Tuition Refund Deadline Last day to add a course, switch courses, or increase the number of credits for which you are taking a course Last day to receive a full tuition refund if you drop a course or reduce your credit load Registration Deadline for a Guided Study, Practicum, or Final Project for Fall term
September 26–28	Fall Retreat
September 30	Truth & Reconciliation Day: College Closed
October 10	75% Tuition Refund Deadline Last day to receive a 75% tuition refund for dropping a course, changing a course from credit to audit, or reducing your credit load
October 13–17	Reading Week
October 13	Thanksgiving Day: College Closed
October 24	Course Drop Deadline Last day to drop a course, change a course from credit to audit, or reduce the number of credit hours in a variable credit course (no refund will be given) After this date you are considered to have attempted a course, and a grade must be assigned if you are studying for credit
November 5	Registration for upcoming Winter courses opens at noon
November 11	Remembrance Day: College open for classes & library; offices closed
November 24–28	Reading Week
November 28	Early Registration Deadline for the upcoming Winter term Registration deadline for students who have been awarded financial aid for the Winter Term Last day to register in order to be given priority in priority enrollment courses that are required for a program, or to be given priority for studying on campus All Winter students are advised to register by this date
December 1–December 5	Comprehensive Exam Week
December 12	Last day of classes Registration Deadline for a Thesis or IPIAT for Fall term
December 15–19	Final Exams
December 19	Extension Application Deadline for Fall term courses
December 24–January 1	Winter Break: College Closed

Winter Term 2026

Registration opens November 5, 2025

January 2	J-Term Registration and Payment Deadline Last day to register in and pay for J-Term (January Session) without incurring a $50 late fee Fees are due in full at the time of registration for any J-Term course registrations made on or after this date
January 5–9	J-Term (January Session) Courses
January 5–16	MALTS Program Courses
January 6–7	New Student Orientation (for all newly admitted students)
January 9	January–April Course Registration and Payment Deadline Last day to register in and pay for Winter courses without incurring a late fee Fees for courses added on or after this date are due in full at the time of registration
January 12	January–April classes begin
January 14	Online Financial Aid Application opens for following academic year
January 23	Course Change & 100% Tuition Refund Deadline Last day to add a course, switch courses, or increase the number of credits for which you are taking a course Last day to receive a full tuition refund if you drop a course or reduce your credit load Registration Deadline for a Guided Study, Practicum, or Final Project for Winter term
January 31	Thesis Submission Deadline for Graduating Students (for grading) Graduation Application Deadline
