The Effective Leader

This course is available only to students enrolled in our Master of Arts program in Leadership, Theology, and Society.

This course seeks to equip you for effective leadership that is consistent with your personal and professional values. Attention will be given to developing influencing, personal impact, and coaching skills. The course will offer guidance in balancing dualities such as leading and following, reason and emotion, short term and long term, principle and pragmatism, and reflection and action. Gain a clearer perspective on how to sustain effective leadership over a long period. The course will also cover handling rapid change well, drawing on program management and entrepreneurial skills.
