Supervision Workplace Immersion Year B
Between the on-campus courses, you will complete a Supervised Workplace Immersion in which you will apply insights gained from your courses in the context of your own workplace. This process of application and integration will be aided by structured conversations with a mentor in your sector, helping you to reflect on your work and your leadership abilities. Conversations with your mentor will be scheduled and structured, and you will be required to provide your mentor with written, monthly reflections while also working through an assigned reading list. The expectation is that you will be widening your repertoire of approaches in the workplace through feedback, advice, and encouragement from your mentor, aiding further reflection.
