Theology & Spirituality of Work

This course is available only to students enrolled in our Master of Arts program in Leadership, Theology, and Society.

This interactive course will equip you with the theological and spiritual foundations to orient your work and leadership around God’s equipping, purpose and wisdom. Explore the biblical themes of creation, fall and redemption to help you grow and sustain practices of gospel-centered leadership in the midst of our diverse cultural and religious contexts. Develop a vision and approach to transformational leadership through action and reflection that integrates your thinking, being and doing as a leader. Throughout, the course will engage with your particular workplace situations in a way that brings insight into the brokenness in our lives, and faith in how God transforms the worker, workplace and work itself.
