REGENT COLLEGE, an evangelical graduate school of Christian studies, affiliated with the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, seeks a visionary and collaborative leader for the position of Academic Dean, to begin on August 1, 2025.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000 annually.

Applicants must demonstrate proven leadership and administrative excellence and a deep understanding of the needs, opportunities, and challenges of theological higher education today. They must also hold an earned doctorate (PhD preferred) in a field relevant to Regent’s curriculum, and have teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate levels.

The Academic Dean reports to the President and holds faculty rank commensurate with their experience. The position involves leading the Regent College faculty, giving oversight to the College’s academic programs, and supervising the registrar’s office, the library, and student services. The Academic Dean also chairs the Senior Administrative Leadership Team (SALT) and teaches two courses per annum.
