In his third encyclical, Caritas in Veritate (Love in Truth), Pope Benedict XVI invites deeper thinking about economic life, and in particular about economic development in the context of globalization. Sixty-eight evangelical leaders from four continents have released a statement responding to the encyclical, including including Regent College professors' Paul Williams (who helped draft the document) and John G. Stackhouse, Jr..
