Jason Burtt
Jason is a PhD candidate in sociology at Baylor University. He studied religion and philosophy at Northwest University and earned an M.A. in theological studies at Regent College focusing on nineteenth century Protestant thought and the intersection of Christianity with culture and science. Jason is ordained with the Canadian Baptists of Western Canada (CBWC) and served many years in pastoral ministry. His dissertation is on religious uses of technology in North America. In addition, his research interests include social psychology (personality and cooperation) and the sociology of education with particular emphasis on moral development.
