Dr. Marèque Steele Ireland is an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary where she teaches on Christian doctrine as well as world religions. She also serves as a chaplain in the United States Navy Reserve. In 1994, she earned her MCS in Theology at Regent College immediately followed by studies at the University of Cambridge where she earned her PhD.
Marèque has contributed two articles to The Global Dictionary of Theology (2008) on “Postcolonial Theology” and “Syncretism”. She is currently working on a book titled Truth, Transformation and Encounter: A Trinitarian Approach to Interfaith Dialogue.
